Can late-season strobilurin fungicide applications protect sugarbeets from frost damage?
If water becomes short, how much will sugarbeets suffer from reduced irrigation?
Fumigation with metam sodium can be an effective way to manage nematodes and weeds in sugarbeets. This study was conducted to determine if relatively low rates of metam sodium (20 gallons/acre) applied to the top 2-3 inches of soil by chemigation could be effective in reducing weed populations.
